Welcome to Exceed: Mark Arthur

12 August 2026

We’re delighted to welcome Mark Arthur to Exceed Learning Partnership as our new Director of Estates.

Mark joined Exceed in July, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in educational estates management and a wealth of knowledge across school and college environments.

Throughout his career, Mark has developed extensive experience in managing, maintaining and monitoring educational estates, alongside leading major capital projects. His expertise includes large-scale M&E lifecycle schemes, sustainability initiatives, refurbishment projects and new-build extensions.

With a real passion for estates, Mark enjoys the variety that the role brings and is looking forward to using his experience to support our academies and communities across the Trust.

In his role at Exceed, Mark will provide strategic leadership across estates planning, statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), soft FM management and sustainability, helping to ensure our academies provide safe, well-maintained and sustainable environments for our pupils and colleagues.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also loves getting outdoors for long walks and cooking at home.

Welcome to Exceed, Mark! We’re delighted to have you as part of the team.
