GCSE Results 2024

22 August 2024

Our students at Hall Cross Academy are celebrating after achieving exceptional GCSE results this year. This year’s results saw 23% of grades in the top bracket (7-9) and 73% of grades at 4 and above. There have also been improvements in this year’s Combined English and Maths results, with 51% of grades at 5+ (49% in 2023) and 74% at 4+ (71%). A huge congratulations to everyone involved in this year’s efforts.

Principal Simon Swain expressed immense pride in the students' achievements, stating, "We are absolutely delighted with these amazing outcomes. A testament to the hard work of both staff and students. A truly delightful year group who have got exactly what they deserved. We look forward to welcoming a large number to our Sixth Form and for those who are progressing to different institutions - we wish them the very best of luck”.

A special mention to some of our top performing students; Arik Pokharel, Kaylin Bosanquet, Raphaël Wilson, Riley Cougill, Helin Al, Clara Church, Ben Goforth, Josiah Potts, Jia Hui Cai, Leah Davis and Sophie Naylor, who went above and beyond in order to secure fantastic grades that they should be unbelievably proud of.

CEO Beryce Nixon OBE added, “All of us here at Exceed Learning Partnership are delighted with the brilliant GCSE results coming out of Hall Cross Academy this year. A huge congratulations to all of our amazing students and staff who worked incredibly hard in order to achieve such amazing results. We look forward to seeing you all in September”.

Parents, teachers, and the entire school community have joined in celebrating this milestone, recognising the collective effort that led to these fantastic outcomes. Hall Cross Academy continues to set a high standard of academic excellence, paving the way for students to pursue their aspirations with confidence.

Congratulations to all the students for their hard-earned success! We look forward to seeing the next step in your journey.
