Professional Development Networks

Our extensive networks are a cornerstone of our commitment to colleague  development. These vibrant communities bring together colleagues with shared passions and professional interests to inform, consult, and learn from one another. From curriculum leadership (primary and secondary) and attendance to data, business operations, safeguarding (DSL/DDSL), ECT support, literacy, raising standards, community engagement, and health and wellbeing, our networks empower our people to thrive

Training & Development Opportunities

As a Trust we offer a wide range of high quality training, CPD opportunities, including workshops, conferences, online courses, and mentoring programs.

Mentoring and Coaching

Support from experienced educators to help develop skills and confidence.

Leadership Development

We invest in our people and cultivate future leaders through a range of development opportunities. We believe in recognising and nurturing talent within our organisation, and promoting from within is a key part of our culture.

Apprenticeships

We actively invest in our employees' futures by supporting a wide array of apprenticeships, available to both new recruits and existing colleagues.

Investing in Our People: Colleague Training Days and the Annual Trust Training Day

We believe that continuous professional development is essential for both individual growth and the collective success of our Trust. That's why we prioritise providing our colleagues with a range of valuable training opportunities throughout the year.

Colleague Training Days: These dedicated days, scheduled throughout the academic year, offer colleagues focused time for professional development tailored to their specific needs and roles. These sessions may focus on subject-specific pedagogy, curriculum updates, new technologies, or other areas identified as priorities for school improvement. Colleague Training Days provide a valuable opportunity to deepen expertise, collaborate with peers, develop new skills, improve pupil outcomes.

Annual Trust Training Day: Our annual Trust Training Day brings all colleagues together for a large-scale professional development experience. This day provides a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues through networking and building relationships with colleagues from across the entire Trust. Focus on shared priorities: Engage with training related to Trust-wide initiatives and strategic goals. Hear from inspiring speakers: Learn from experts in their fields and gain new perspectives.
