Onboarding and Induction

From the moment you are offered the job you become part of our Trust family.

Our easy-to-use employee portal supports you to provide the information we need to make the pre-employment check process as a smooth and quick as possible.

Our welcome pack, provides you with information that will ensure that you already feel part of the team before your first day.

Your personalised induction plan enables you get the support you need to quickly understand your role and/or context. It will ensure you have time to meet your team and those key contacts who will support you. 

Our more formal induction process supports you in your first two terms to ensure that you are able to be successful in your role and your development needs are met.

Meet the CEO induction sessions happen every term and provide all new starters with an opportunity to meet the Chief Executive and learn more about the Trust, our values and our vision to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and mindset to thrive and then take on the world.
