Exceed Learning Partnership wins Leadership Excellence Award

30 September 2026

Exceed Learning Partnership is celebrating after being named the winner of the Leadership Excellence Award for Organisation at the Leadership Live 2026 Conference & Awards.

The award, presented by the Institute of Leadership, recognises the impact of our approach to leadership development through the Exceed Leadership Framework.

Built around Character, Knowledge and Action, the framework supports colleagues across the Trust to develop their leadership skills, broaden their knowledge and turn learning into meaningful action.

Our ongoing Leadership Masterclass series is continuing to build on this work, creating opportunities for colleagues to learn from experienced leaders, challenge their thinking and apply new ideas within their own roles.

Beryce Nixon OBE, CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership said “We are incredibly proud to see the Exceed Leadership Framework recognised with the Leadership Excellence Award for Organisation. This award is a reflection of the commitment, collaboration and ambition of colleagues across our Trust who continue to invest in their own leadership and in the leadership of others. It is particularly pleasing to see our approach recognised externally, and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to making the framework such a success.”

We would like to extend our special thanks to everyone who has contributed to the development and delivery of the Leadership Framework, with particular thanks to Dave Love MBE for his valuable contribution and support.

This award is a fantastic recognition of our commitment to Professional Excellence and our continued investment in developing leadership at every level across Exceed.

Congratulations to everyone involved!
