Creating a sense of community, building a culture of inclusivity: People and Culture

We believe our pupils and our people are our most important assets, and our dedicated People and Culture Team is here to ensure their success and well-being. Alongside our trusted HR and Legal specialists, AdvancedHR and Wilkin Chapman, we provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the HR and People process.

From seamless onboarding that welcomes new colleagues into our family to the strategic delivery of the Trust's People Strategy, we've got it covered. Every one of our academies has access to the support, training, guidance, and expert advice they need to nurture a thriving environment for both pupils and colleagues.

People Strategy

Our People Strategy sets the foundation for achieving our Trust's ambitious vision. Through our five foundations of Attract, Welcome, Engage, Develop, Retain, we will create outstanding learning environments where every pupil thrives.  Our strategy outlines our commitment to building a workforce that is highly skilled, motivated, and dedicated to the success of our pupils and our communities
