Colleague Forums

We hold termly colleague forums at each academy with the Trust Executive Team, providing a dedicated space for colleagues to share feedback on successes and identify areas for improvement.

These academy-based forums with the Trust Executive Team offer colleagues a valuable opportunity each term to highlight what's working well and suggest "even better ifs" for continuous improvement.

Colleague Consultation

We champion a consultative approach, empowering colleagues to contribute to Trust-wide decisions through their involvement in working groups, committees, and cross-academy collaboration.

Annual Staff Survey

We're committed to continuously improving our colleague experience. Our annual staff survey, in conjunction with academy parent and pupil surveys, provides crucial insights. The data is analysed at both Trust and academy levels, and we share our plans for action to enhance the working lives of our colleagues.
