Concerns and Complaints

Concerns and Complaints

At Exceed Learning Partnership we aim to deal with all concerns and complaints thoroughly and in an open, honest, and fair manner. While we hope to resolve any issues through open dialogue, we have a clear procedure in place to ensure every matter is handled correctly.

Any person, including members of the public, can raise a complaint or concern about the facilities or services we provide. We expect our staff to be respectful and courteous at all times, and we ask that complainants treat our staff with the same level of respect.
